Judgment translated to English in FINMA & Debian trademark fiasco

I finally had time to make some fresh updates to the Swiss JuristGate website.

The most significant effort was the translation of the FINMA judgment into English while simultaneously adding in the missing details that FINMA had redacted.

FINMA, Parreaux ThiƩbaud & Partners, Justicia SA, Justiva SA, Mathiee Parreaux

The most significant details of the JuristGate scandal are still yet to come.

At a high level, what we see here is that FINMA, the Swiss financial regulator, redacted the names of the jurists so that they could move on to other law firms, just as the Catholic Church had systematically moved some known paedophiles from one parish to the next.

Why didn't the jurists make the same amount of effort to resolve the Debian trademark fiasco quietly and amicable out of respect for all the volunteers and our families? It looks like jurists encouraged rogue Debianists to give them over $120,000 in fees for an invalid judgment, dated on the anniversary of the Kristallnacht, and subsequently revealed to be impossible for the Swiss Intellectual Property Office to act upon.

In other words, the Tribunal of Vaud didn't give us a judgment at all, they gave us something akin to witchcraft.

Many Catholics are praying for the health of Pope Francis right now. He has been hospitalized for some time and that is never a good thing. The death of a pope is a very significant event for the church, a lot like the failure of Credit Suisse.
