On her FSFE misfits personal profile page, there are some vile comments from Amandine "cryptie" Jambert where she violates the privacy of my family by spreading rumours about "doxing" and "harassment" and "blackmail".
Doxing is where you publish somebody's home address or photos of their children without any good reason. Nobody ever published Jambert's home address. The only thing people are talking about is the fact that she is using her real name in her employment with CNIL, the French government privacy office while she simultaneously had a role with the FSFE misfits, that is, a high-profile Google lobbyist organization.
Talking about her conflict of interest has nothing to do with doxing. When she claims to be a victim of doxing, it shows she is either incredibly dishonest or incredibly naive about ethics.
As a recent example, there is a Mastadon discussion from @CodeGouvFr which appears to be initiated in the name of the French government (.Gouv = .gov).
Jambert has commented on the discussion using her "cryptie" sockpuppet alias without revealing that she was also a government employee.
In the RMLL conference, 2017, Dr Jambert's talk description describes her as a "militant" activist for the FSFE and makes no mention of her real name or the fact she is a privacy expert for the government agency CNIL.
By making the manifestly false claim of doxing, without even attempting to provide proof, she gives everybody a good reason to have a deep-dive into her history with the Google lobbyists / FSFE misfits. It is a long and detailed report but her home address and other "doxing" type information is not in this or any other report that anybody has written on the cryptie-crisis.
Jambert is one of a group of freeloaders and blackmailers who have been attacking my family and I for seven years now.
This is particularly nasty because drama queens like this started to have this big sook around the time my father died.
Yet it is even more extraordinary because liars having a sook like this violate the privacy of real victims of harassment and abuse who put their trust in me.
The day the late Cardinal Pell passed away, I was talking about these tactics with the Carabinieri in Italy in the very same hour the Cardinal had his surgery. My cousin, much younger than me, had been a member of the Cardinal's choir. As a consequence, I read the reports thoroughly. It is truly outrageous what some of those children went through. (I'm talking about real children, not the FSFE misfits). When a sook like Jambert spreads rumours about "harassment", she is asking us to equate the trauma of people who suffered very real abuse with life-long consequences to her own self-imposed predicament where people ask basic ethical questions and she wants to avoid them.
To put it another way, to avoid answering ethical questions, these freeloaders use carefully orchestrated lies to manipulate and exploit the sympathy we have for real abuse victims.
When you look at the events in series (below), it is clear who is lying.
When a tantrum like that comes from a government employee it is even more sinister. You can never be sure about the extent to which these tantrums have been orchestrated and choreographed but when the sooking violates the privacy of real families at a time of grief, when it has an element of government involvement, it falls under the umbrella of what Prof Melzer, the UN special rapporteur on torture, describes as cybertorture.
Tin foil hats aside, if its not an official government cybertorture conspiracy then spreading "harassment" dramas online is an example of a woman who humiliates men in front of the social media set for her own indulgence.
Yet in 2023, Jambert has belatedly admitted concerns about her conflicts of interest were legitimate and she has resigned from the FSFE misfits altogether. The 2023 meeting minutes capture her resignation:
Amandine Jambert alias Cryptie informed the other members about her resignation of the GA: She is very happy to have joined the EU institution as a public officer in privacy related duties. Sadly, as the FSFE is a stakeholder in EU regulatory work, (actively contributing to public consultation, contacting EU politicians and institutions about impact on Free Software of their work, etc) and a proud member of EDRi, which is also involved in EU regulatory work, Cryptie decided to resign to avoid any potential conflict of interest (or appearance of). She thanked everyone for those awesome years together and expressed that she is very proud of having been part of the GA of the FSFE for 6+ years.
Notice the weasel words about a "potential" conflict of interest: it is a huge and manifest conflict of interest, not just a potential conflict of interest. The same conflict of interest existed in her previous employment at CNIL, the French Government privacy office.
Therefore, when she finally admitted having a conflict of interest, she implicitly admitted that everything ever said about "harassment" is a lie. People were right to ask about her conflict of interest.
Jambert's resignation from the FSFE misfits and the implicit acknowledgment that she lied about harassment belongs on a list of victories for the truth.
Remember, the WIPO UDRP panel also confirmed that I was the real victim of harassment and abuse by IBM Red Hat, another donor to the FSFE misfits.
Some of the rogue tech companies don't like to show their hand the way IBM Red Hat did so they use freeloaders and stooges like this as puppets to violate the privacy of the volunteers and our families.
In the case of Jambert, that is even more outrageous because she claims to be an expert on privacy working for government institutions, in other words, she has a responsibility to protect the public but her behaviour has the opposite impact.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights tells us:
Art. 1: All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
This tells us that women have equal rights in the workplace but they also have equal responsibility. Princess Jambert can't avoid questions about a conflict of interest by making up a drama about "doxing" or "sexual harassment". Men are asked the same questions all the time. The chronically dishonest women who attack volunteers and our families with the "harassment" drama to avoid the same basic ethical obligations that men have to abide by are bringing all women into disrepute.
To put it another way, I've often heard managers say that after they see a woman using throw-away lines about "harassment" as an excuse for everything, they decided not to hire another woman next time.
The production and distribution of free, open source software is regulated first and foremost by copyright law.
The people who create the software are authors. If multiple authors contribute to a single piece of software then we are joint authors or co-authors.
(Joint) authors have a right to receive economic benefits, such as royalties or payment for our time. We also have the right to recognition and respect. The (joint) authors are equivalent to the musicians in a band who write and perform the music.
Looking at Jambert's profile, she talks about software created by other people but she does not create the software herself. Therefore, she is only a consumer of the copyrighted works. If the (joint) authors choose to give our work away under a free/open source license then people like Jambert are not paying us anything. They are basically like the groupies who follow the band.
Debian contains packages of over 20,000 of the most popular free software programs. We can easily search the source code to see who the authors are and who the groupies are.
Click here to search for Amandine Jambert in all the debian/copyright files. Her name does not appear once.
Click here to search for my own name in the same debian/copyright files. There are dozens of matches.
This is not about a personal attack on Jambert and it is not about women in general: we can do the same search for some of the men in the FSFE management and we don't find their names in any copyright notices either. They do not have any authorship status or other rights under copyright law. If they don't code and if they are not paying the people who do code then they are at the same level as groupies, regardless of gender.

Nonetheless, some of these people form a gang and attempt to illegally exercise managerial control over the authors without paying anything. As a substitute for payment, they use public humiliations. This is not about women's "freedoms", this is about women using their gender as a foundation for blackmail.
From a cybersecurity perspective, how can you recognize the social engineering attacks from these gangs? They use names like Community Team or CARE Team and they don't pay us anything.
Restaurant owners now complain about exactly the same phenomena. Groups of young women arrive and demand the best seats and the first round of drinks for free. Some of them openly threaten to leave a negative review on social control media if the restaurant doesn't give them something for free.
Some of these women only ask for a free drink while others are asking for the entire meal and accommodation too. Some waiters have started turning the tables, if you'll excuse the pun, using a hidden camera to video the demands these princesses are making.
Every child has tried the same blackmail at least once:
buy me an ice cream or I'm going to scream
Amandine "cryptie" Jambert completed her PhD and published her thesis in 2007.
She promotes herself as a privacy expert. Her PhD is about cryptography but she does not appear to be publishing any code herself. She expects other people to create and share the code. She then goes to conferences and speaks about code that other people created. The open source software ecosystem appears to have a bit of a soft spot for women who are not actively helping to create the code.
On 17 April 2011, another Debian Developer in Switzerland, Adrian von Bidder-Senn died on our wedding day. The full report reveals it was discussed like a suicide and there is a perception he was tricked by the conflicts of interest and secret financial relationships certain people are hiding. It was not an isolated death, there appears to be a full Debian suicide cluster.
17 April 2011 was also Palm Sunday, the beginning of Holy Week for Christians.
July 2011, Jambert joined CNIL according to her LinkedIn profile.
In 2012 she became a "Fellow" of the FSFE Fellowship. The FSFE misfits are actually using the name of the FSF without consent. It is a form of identity theft. FSFE has also been described as a group of Germans running a Nigerian fraud.
In her FSFE role, she has done translation of FSFE propaganda, that is, enabling identity fraud, at the very same time she is hiding her own name behind the sockpuppet name "cryptie".
Almost every year, Google is listed as the biggest donor to the FSFE misfits. At the same time, Jambert's employer, CNIL, was supposed to be independently conducting surveillance and investigations into Google's business practices. Jambert, as CNIL's privacy expert, always had a clear conflict of interest.
Over the years, we've had a whole bunch of women coming along and demanding to use the open source web sites and mailing lists for humiliating people. In 2016 it was falsified harassment rumours against Dr Jacob Appelbaum, a dark conspiracy which I later exposed. Throughout the conspiracy, certain people were demanding a public humiliation:
Subject: Re: Expulsion of Jacob Appelbaum <error> Date: Tue, 21 Jun 2016 12:56:58 -0400 From: Erinn Clark <erinn@debian.org> To: debian-private@lists.debian.org * Erinn Clark <erinn@debian.org> [2016:06:21 12:53 -0400]: > I disagree with the decision to make a public statement [...] Should be: I disagree with the decision *NOT* to make a public statement
These humiliation tactics reflect badly on women. The problem is, if the women demand to publicly humiliate men then it gives people the green light to check the integrity of the women making the accusations too. That is even more true in the case of women who demand some authority or obedience from people with the threat of public humiliation for those who don't recognize the big titles the snobby people give themselves. In the case of Jambert, her eventual resignation shows that people were right to keep asking ethical questions about her conflicts of interest and obfuscated identity.
In 2017, the FSFE misfits made Jambert a voting member of the association in Germany. The German assocation FSFE e.V. operates a fascist structure where the real developers are not able to vote and they have a lot of these people who are not publishing any code at all.
On 25 April 2017, ANZAC Day, the Fellowship elected me to represent them to the FSFE. Therefore, Jambert and I were both subscribed to the FSFE internal mailing lists at the same time.
In May 2017, Albanian female whistleblowers invited us to the OSCAL conference in Tirana, Albania. Here are some photos of Matthias Kirschner with the young Albanian women.
Here is a close-up:
If these photos were presented without any context, it would not be fair to criticise Kirschner and his FSFE misfits. It is important to read the testimonies of people like Galia Mancheva and Armijn Hemel and then look at the photos in context of that evidence.
Once again, Kirschner and Jambert are not developers, they have no authorship status under copyright law. When the standards are so low in this group, it is not really appropriate to put any trust in the opinions they express about the people who do have authorship status.
If Jambert accepts a man like FSFE president Kirschner as a leader, despite over ten years of chilling evidence from other women and volunteers, Jambert lowers herself to the level of the misfits too.
In May 2017, Jambert and I received the information that FSFE misfits were not authorized to use the name of the real FSF. Jambert, being a privacy expert for CNIL should have realized immediately that this was a serious case of one organization usurping the reputation and identity of another organization. In other words, the FSFE is a case of identity theft.
In June 2017, the president of the real FSF wrote to me to tell me that the FSFE misfits are not allowed to use the name of the FSF, in other words, the FSFE is a form of identity fraud:
Subject: FSFE Date: Fri, 02 Jun 2017 09:50:48 -0400 From: John Sullivan To: Daniel Pocock Hi Daniel, Congratulations on your election to FSFE's general assembly! I'm wondering, if as part of your new position, you have been briefed on the current issues between FSF and FSFE. I have been trying to discuss them with Jonas and Matthias for the last several years, but have gotten nowhere, and in fact things are now much worse than they were before. They made it clear at our last in-person meeting in April that they do not intend to change anything. ....
In the RMLL conference, July 2017, Dr Jambert's talk description describes her as a "militant" activist for the FSFE and makes no mention of her real name or the fact she is a privacy expert for the government agency CNIL.
In August 2017, Matthias Kirschner announced the annual general meeting and I asked a question about the payment of travel expenses and the conflicts of interest in this group. This is the point where they started using toxic women to attack my family as a distraction.

Your > attendance is very important to us. I generally travel to a lot of events and I would not be able to attend nearly as many events without requesting travel funding for all of them by default. Participation at the GA meeting would appear to be an essential activity for as many members as possible. From a conflict-of-interest perspective, if FSFE has not been paying these expenses in the past, it would also be essential to know how many GA members are having their travel expense paid by their employer and whether those employers are donors. Who maintains the conflict of interest register for the organization? Regards, Daniel
The FSFE misfits claim to be the peak body for free software in Europe. Free software, by definition, implies ethics and transparency. Why did these people develop a rash when I suggested we need to know about who pays the travel bills for a getaway in Scotland?
Remember the death of Adrian von Bidder-Senn, who died on our wedding day. It was Palm Sunday, the beginning of Holy Week. On the Monday of Holy Week, the bible gives us the story of Jesus Christ cleansing the temple, in other words, getting rid of some crooked men like Matthias Kirschner.
And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the money changers, and the seats of them that sold doves, And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves. (Matthew 21:12–13, King James Version)
The question about conflict of interest wasn't directed personally at Jambert. This was a question to everybody in the whole group. Jambert spontaneously started attacking the privacy of my family some time after that.
In the world of Debianism, we had the Debian pregnancy cluster. One of the key revelations is that many of the women in these groups are the partners of male developers. While they claim the group is a model of transparency and ethics in technology, in reality, it is more like any other local hobbyist group where people give voting rights to their spouses so they can distort elections and use "diversity" funds for family travel expenses. Whenever independent volunteers ask innocent questions about these relationships, the women try to hide the inconvenient truth by making false rumours about "harassment".
In September 2017, the FSFE misfits spoke about renting out their volunteers to other organizations. The financial side of the arrangement was hidden on an internal mailing list. The volunteer translators had been recruited by identity fraud, misusing the name of the real FSF.
Subject: Our translators for other open*/free* organisations? Date: Fri, 22 Sep 2017 14:38:08 +0000 From: Max Mehl <max.mehl@fsfe.org> To: FSFE Team <team@lists.fsfe.org> Dear all, I've received a request by an ex-FSFE intern of ours, Bela Seeger (attached). He works at Open Knowledge Foundation for the "Digiwhist" project [1]. He asked whether we would be OK with calling our translators to help their project with translations (~750 words at the moment). He also said that they have a small budget of 75€ per translation. I'm not sure how to react because I see pro and con: - Our translators are quite busy already and of course we would like their volunteer time to result in making FSFE materials better - We might even lose volunteers to other organisations + FSFE profits from other Free Software beneficial projects being successful, so it's good to offer them our help by asking our volunteer community + We might even win volunteers if OKFN makes public that our translators contributed to the project So, what do you think: How shall we handle such requests? In October 2017, the German FSFE misfits filed their law suit against the French military. France is a free and democratic country where a citizen like Jambert is free to take her government to court. However, this is very different. Jambert was an employee of the government, not just a regular citizen taking the government to court. Therefore, she has obligations to her government as an employee. On the other hand, her status as a government employee was obfuscated by her use of the "cryptie" sockpuppet identity in the world of the FSFE misfits.

There is a lot of work to do, and until now especially Albert, Vincent, and Reinhard did a lot of documentation and general work for this. I am happy that now after confirmation by her bosses, Cryptie confirmed that she will be able to take the project lead role during the next weeks until May that the FSFE is GDPR compliant. She will ask questions, take decisions about next steps or how to make compromises (or ask council@ to take a decision if it is a decision which she feels uncomfortable with), ask you to provide information, etc. Please help in this process, so we can make sure to be GDRP compliant in May, and for the future so we lead by good example and do not run into legal problems for the FSFE. 15 March 2018, the FSFE misfits discussed a data leak and decided not to inform the community that their financial data may have been exposed. Under European law, organizations have an obligation to report data breaches. Jambert, a CNIL employee, was present on the mailing list were the data leak was discussed:
Subject: [GA] Report about privacy problem with financial data From: Matthias Kirschner Date: 15 March 2018 The archives of finance at lists.fsfe.org, and thereby all the information including full names, amount, credit card and bank details, were public from 18 December 2017 until 13 March 2018. ...
In 2018, the French parliament conducted a study of blockchain, which is incidental to my own research into cross-border scams such as the JuristGate affair. Jambert, CNIL and the FSF are all listed in the official report but Jambert does not mention her relationship with the FSFE or her sockpuppet identity "cryptie". This is an example where the public at large is a victim of the obfuscation.
In May 2018, another report gives more detail about Jambert's involvement in the CNIL study of blockchain phenomena.
On 29 May 2018, the resignation of Armijn Hemel was circulated internally but hidden from the real volunteers and donors. Jambert had many opportunities to read the resignations and she could have resigned at any time herself.
* No improvements/personal attacks None of the issues mentioned above are new (and if they are, then QED) and have been mentioned before. What I have noticed when issues are mentioned is that either one of these three things happens: - they fall on deaf ears - they are acknowledged and then ignored - FSFE gets very defensive, or launches personal attacks. The most glaring case was when the vice-president recently came barging in and arrogantly threw insults left and right without understanding any of the background of the situation, and launched a vicious personal attack on two of the previous legal coordinators. All these things combined have tipped the scales and now the negative far outweighs the positive (because there is very little positive left in my opinion). I no longer feel that FSFE is the right place for me, or that it is advancing free software in Europe (especially the legal field) and it is better to focus my energy somewhere else where I can have a more positive impact.
In July 2018, the French free software developers organized their annual RMLL conference. The FSFE was given a dedicated room and a track for two full days. They used the names of Jambert and myself to add to the credibility of the fake FSF. If the FSFE was not there, would the RMLL managers give the same room to the real FSF?
The FSFE misfits recorded an interview with Dr Jambert in Strasbourg and published it on Youtube. Watching her promote the fake FSF is a lot like watching the drama of Anna Delvey / Anna Sorokin, the fake heiress who deceived people to get money.
But the case of Jambert / "cryptie" is actually far worse than the case of Delvey / Sorokin. Delvey was just a random girl tricking people. Jambert has been awarded a PhD from a prestigious institution and employed by the French government to promote our human rights with respect to privacy and identity. When Jambert lends her credibility to the Google / FSFE misfits, even under her sockpuppet identity "cryptie", she is working against the identity and privacy of the real FSF and Dr Richard Stallman.
13-14 November 2018, the SFSCon took place in Bolzano, Italy. Chris Lamb, then Debian Project Leader and Matthias Kirschner, president of the FSFE misfits had a meeting about how to manipulate and exploit developers and gain control over us without paying us. This type of conspiracy is a huge risk for everything from modern slavery to cybersecurity.
After the meeting, Kirschner sent an email to other FSFE misfits, including Jambert, stating:
One general wish -- which I agreed with -- from Debian was to better share information about people...
They were encouraging people to spread these rumours at exactly the same time the trial of Cardinal Pell was concluding.
Despite the obvious violation of privacy expectations, Jambert did not resign from the group when that conspiracy was announced.
On 2 February 2019, at FOSDEM, the legal and policy issues dev-room hosted a talk by the enforcer Molly de Blanc. de Blanc told people:
you lean on the whisper network. Which is people sharing information amongst one another.
It is not clear if Jambert was personally present for that discussion, nonetheless, other FSFE misfits are clearly present.
Family members around the world have seen these nuts spreading rumours on social media and in search results and they feel enormous sadness and grief, not least of all because my father also died in the period these freeloaders were plotting against my family.
It is critical to note that the freeloaders advanced these desires for a whisper network, gossip and shaming well before anybody started publishing emails about various open source scandals.
No emails about Jambert's conflicts of interest had been published before the "whisper network" was promoted at FOSDEM.
Emails about Jambert's conflicts of interest were not published on the basis of her gender: far more disturbing emails have been subject to scrutiny about the men who committed suicide. One of the most dramatic cases was the death of Adrian von Bidder-Senn on our wedding day. Jambert was only ever subject to speculation about the conflict between her boss, CNIL and Google, the biggest donor to the FSFE misfits.
If Jambert is concerned that emails became public, she needs to go back to Kirschner and ask him why he encouraged everybody to share information about each other. After all, he was and still is president of the FSFE misfits. Therefore, his written encouragement to share information about people is the biggest influence on the culture of the group.
In 2019, CNIL fined Google €50 million. This was the biggest ever fine issued under the regulations at the time although it is a trivial amount of money for Google.
In April 2019, there were discussions on Debian mailing lists complaining about sock puppets and trolling in the open source software community. They are obsessed with mikeeusa but they seem to be turning a blind eye to Jambert / cryptie because she is a woman.
In February 2020, Peter Wright circulated an email revealing the FSFE misfits had failed to disclose the data breach and simultaneously revealing that cryptie's real identity is Amandine Jambert at CNIL. The disclosure appears to be in the public interest because CNIL is the agency responsible for enforcing privacy law. The FSFE misfits failing to report their own data breaches puts them at odds with the very same European laws that experts at CNIL are supposed to be enforcing.

They know your favourite colour and the name of your cat. Our Fellowship representative told us that Matthias Kirschner and the FSFE Council decided not to report the privacy incident. Cover up. ... How can a CNIL employee sit there in FSFE GA fairyland and pretend everything is OK!!!!
It appears to be a legitimate public interest subject. Remember, the women had asked for a "whisper network" first. They want to spread gossip violating the privacy of my family but they don't want people to talk about the FSFE misfits data breach that happened right under the nose of a CNIL employee.
In December 2020, Galia Mancheva, one of the female employees bullied by FSFE misfits president Matthias Kirschner has published a report about the court case. The judge had refused to give her a judgment only because she had been employed less than 12 months.
It is clear that Matthias Kirschner is the real source of any harassment and abuse in the world of the FSFE misfits.
I took FSFE to court. This is my story ––––– Soon after the first lockdown in Berlin this year I filed a public case in the Berlin Tribunal of Labour Court against the president of Free Software Foundation Europe (FSFE), Matthias Kirschner, for workplace bullying. ... “there will be consequences” ... It led to immediate retribution. ... My aforementioned female colleague, who had also backed me up, was fired just a few days later. ... I was degraded ... Matthias was manufacturing the false impression I wasn't doing my work, ... fired all the full-time women in the office in the two months leading up to the elections ... and threatened me ... illegal ... A weekend of non-stop calls ... He even texted telling me I should answer my phone, for my own better. Even after my lawyer warned him to terminate all attempts to communicate with me and send someone else to pick up my work laptop, he came in person to my house, and was very irritated that I was not alone. ... I filed a case against him in court for work-place bullying ... The FSFE lawyer made up easily disprovable slanders ... hypocrisy and double standards in FSFE leadership. How the organisation “promoting” transparency, equality and inclusivity treats employees and more specifically women. How donations are spent on nurturing Matthias' grandiosity.
Notice how other women like Jambert have refused to say anything about the scandal. Jambert continues to support Kirschner even after this chilling testimony from Galia Mancheva.
On 20 April 2021, the birthday of Hitler, the French administrative court in Melun gave a judgment against the German FSFE misfits in their case against the French military.
In March 2021, a UDRP legal panel ruled that an FSFE misfits sponsor company, IBM Red Hat had abused an administrative procedure for the sole purpose of censorship and harassment. The legal panel judgment confirmed definitively that the Software Freedom Institute and I are real victims of harassment among all the other real victims who confided in me for help over the years.
The judgment was widely publicized, but Jambert, the woman who viciously attacked the privacy of my family, continues to participate in the group. Here is another diagram showing Jambert's relation with the IBM Red Hat money:
In 2022, CNIL fined Google €150 million but Jambert continues to participate with the FSFE misfits, a lobby group that uses censorship to hide the fact they are just another front for Google.
In February 2023, there is a Mastadon discussion from @CodeGouvFr which appears to be iniatated in the name of the French government (.Gouv == .gov).
Jambert has commented on the discussion using her "cryptie" sockpuppet alias without revealing that she was also a government employee.
May 2023 was Jambert's final month at CNIL. We don't know the reason for her departure from that job.
In October 2023, Jambert finally confessed that she has a conflict of interest and resigned from the FSFE e.V. The resignation, noted in the minutes, reveals both her real name and her sockpuppet alias.
At FOSDEM in February 2025, FSFE misfits co-organized a "legal and policy isuses dev-room" where they granted Jambert a speaking opportunity in relation to her new role at EDPB. This demonstrates that Jambert is continuing to receive favorable treatment from a group funded by Google even though she told us she was resigning from the group due to the glaring conflict of interest.
In October 2025, there was a high profile defamation trial in the UK High Court regarding sockpuppet evidence on the Techrights web site. The Honourable Mrs Justice Collins Rice wrote in the judgment she expects people to provide strong evidence of who the sockpuppets are, in other words, this very senior judge is telling us that we need to show real proof of the connection between the sockpuppet name "cryptie" and Dr Amandine Jambert at CNIL.
Here is a screenshot of "cryptie" in the FSFE misfits video from 2018:
Here is a photo of Dr Jambert from CNIL:
Now if Dr Jambert wants to claim she is not "cryptie" and she doesn't know anything about the FSFE misfits usurping the reputation of the real FSF then she can go and start a lawsuit like Dr Garrett. We can put these photos in front of a judge and jury and ask if it is the same woman we are talking about.
In 2025, after Jambert had left CNIL, Google was hit with a bigger fine for €325 million.
These fines probably don't have a big impact on a company like Google but on the other hand, they are supposed to send a signal and they are supposed to demonstrate that regulators take their jobs seriously.
In November 2025, a French judge insisted that former president Nicolas Sarkozy must spend at least a few days in prison even if he is appealing his convictions for corruption.
To understand the conflict of interest, imagine the local police chief and the local mafia boss are both taking their children to train together in the local football club.
In October 2025, Italian police had to take over an entire football club to remove the mafia:
Italian football is once again under the shadow of organised crime. The country’s long-standing battle with the Mafia, Camorra, and ’Ndrangheta has spilled onto the pitch — and the latest victim is Juve Stabia, a Serie B club from the outskirts of Naples.
In recent months, Italy’s National Anti-Mafia and Anti-Terrorism Directorate has intervened in three clubs from southern Italy — Foggia, Crotone, and now Juve Stabia — uncovering deep criminal infiltration in their daily operations. The revelations have rocked Italian football, exposing how deeply rooted mafia influence remains across society and sport.
Take another look at the statements made by the two women involved in the well known case of Stephen Milne. One woman went to the police within 48 hours. The other woman said she consented to everything at the party and didn't want to make a statement supporting her friend.
Ten years later, Milne eventually admitted a crime had taken place but the other woman was still maintaining her silence because she didn't want to burn her bridges in the football industry.
Whenever we see drama about "harassment" in the world of open source software, think about the Stephen Milne similarities.
From Australia's ABC:
Witness denies changing her story in Milne rape case
The court heard that Milne, Montagna, the witness and the victim were then together on the same bed.
The witness told Magistrate Peter Reardon that she had then left the room "knowing there was a problem," after hearing the victim say "no" several times in response to Milne's advances.
The victim has told police that in the darkened room, she thought she was with Montangna during the incident, not Stephen Milne.
Milne has told police he thought she knew who he was.
In her initial statement to police the woman says she fell asleep.
In a later statement, she says she left the room and did not observe the incident.
Was the other woman, the witness, asleep or had she left the room at that critical moment? Milne eventually admitted the crime but the other woman who participated has never given answers.
Due to the poor memory of the other woman, who maintained her relationships in the football industry, it took the police ten years to bring the case to trial. The man did not spend one day in prison and he only had to pay a $15,000 fine, which is nothing for a footballer.
Are the CNIL fines for Google too small and does it take them too long to conduct an investigation? Are their employees asleep or did they leave the room?
Dr Jambert obtained her PhD at the University of Bordeaux in France.
This incident begs the question: do these French girls come out of university without learning enough about ethics? Are the universities simply giving out PhDs to boost the number of women in industry without adequately preparing them for the questions people will ask?
Was she really so confused when people asked questions about conflict of interest that she really believed the question is a form of harassment?
If she was undertrained, underprepared and really didn't know anything about ethics then maybe she really believed she was harassed.
The key point to remember is that the FSFE misfits attacked my family and I around the time my father died. They never showed any remorse.
Yet the only thing this woman complains about is people are joining the dots and observing that she uses the sockpuppet name "cryptie" to hide the fact she was really Dr Amandine Jambert at CNIL.
Just as Milne eventually admitted the truth after ten years of denials, Amandine "cryptie" Jambert's resignation in 2023 admits she did have a real conflict of interest.
By making that admission, she also confirms that the "harassment" drama was a hysterical lie.
There was no "doxing". Nobody ever published her home address or pictures of her family. People are only publishing copies of emails from the FSFE misfits internal mailing lists. In an organization that claims to be committed to transparency, why is Dr Jambert afraid of people reading emails where FSFE misfits discuss CNIL and the French government?
The women in the open source snobby set operate with a sense of entitlement. We always need to remember the other women who are missing out when somebody like Jambert is being a manipulator.
Have a look at the Sonny Piers crisis in GNOME. Is it the same thing? He asked a normal, healthy question about women, money and conflicts of interest and they squeal at the top of their voices about him breaking some silly Code of Conduct and he is banned for life.
