The UK government has a dedicated email address for a team contemplating Enforcement & Reform in the context of corporate insolvency.
After I filed an urgent application for Administrators to take over Reform UK, a High Court judge could call a hearing any day now.
It is a perplexing situation for the Government. On face value, it appears quite un-democratic for the Government to use its powers to help liquidate a rival political party. But Rupert Lowe has told us Reform UK is not a real political party anyway. He calls it a cult.
