Supporters of winding-up process staking claims against Reform UK Party (CR-2026-007405)

1. Create an account
2. Log in
3. Click "Create Filing"
4. In the "Court" pull-down menu, select "Insolvency & Company List (ChD)"
5. Filing Category: "Existing Case"
6. Case Number: CR-2026-007405
7. Filing Subtype: 4.9 Notice of intention to appear on petition
8. Click "Next"
9. Upload the form comp-4-eng.doc with your details and signature on it
10. Click "Next"
11. Click "Add To Basket"
12. The basket appears with a charge of £0.00 for filing the form.
13. Click "Submit Filings"
